  1. Would you explain Reinforce customization and CSS compatibility – remove default Gravity Forms wrapper class?

We are having styling issues with the VideoPro theme and we’re not sure which of these should be checked, if any. Things don’t seem to change when clicked, but it might be cache or a combiniation of these settings with custom css.

    Appreciate your help

    Tom

    1. Hi Tom,

Those options can be helpful if the theme has strict and high priority styles added for Gravity Forms. It is not common for all themes, but when it’s there those options can help. It is always a good idea to refresh your cache if you’re using aggressive caching after making a change like that.

Please open a ticket here and send us a link to where your form is along with what changes you expect to see and don’t. We should be better able to help that way.

  2. Hi
We cannot change the setting in the themes because every time we get a error message saying that we have to fill in all the fiels even background image but we do not want to put a background image.

    1. It seems like you’re running a very old version of the plugin with the latest version of Gravity Forms. Please update the plugin and let us know if you’re still facing the issue. If you are, please open a ticket here.
